Manston are very pleased to announce that they have been awarded the prestigious ‘Employer of the Year’ award by Investors in People, at their annual awards ceremony in London on November 14th.

Representing Manston our Operations Director, Lynne Archer, and Head of Finance, Jo Bayliss travelled down to London and were honoured to discover that they had won the award for our category!

As he was unable to attend the ceremony, Managing Director Tom Boardman-Weston felt that the least he could do was take Lynne and Jo out for a celebratory breakfast in London for following morning to further celebrate our amazing win!

Tom further stated:

“I have decided that I’m not allowed to use the word ‘delighted’ anymore, lest frequent usage depreciate the full meaning of the word. Manston Investments gives me much opportunity to be delighted, so an element of emotional rotation is required.

“Hence, I am ‘beyond jubilant’ that Manston last night was awarded ‘Employer of the Year’ (Gold award standard, 2-49 employees) at the annual Investors in People awards!

“This is a real testament to a lot of hard work, by a number of people, over a number of years and I feel no hesitation at all in claiming it as ‘well deserved’ on their behalf.“
