Manston Investments are delighted to announce that we have been accredited as an Investors in People organisation at the Standard award level, having met the appropriate requirements of the framework.

The Standard has been developed to describe the capabilities and excellence of organisations in terms of people management. The framework focusses on three key areas: leadership, support and continual improvement. Investors in People make a pathway for future progress.

Steps to accreditation include: discovery – meeting with an expert to discuss business’ ambition; an online assessment which tests alignment with the Standard; interviews and observations to identify our business themes and to gather evidence for future improvement; and finally, accreditation and feedback, which consists of a report, verbal feedback and being awarded the accreditation.

We are extremely proud of our achievement after such rigorous assessment and are committed to looking for opportunities to improve, creating a sustainable success.
