After 18 years with Manston – we are taking the opportunity to announce the retirement of Tina Wattam as our Property Administrator. Tina started with Manston in the Finance Department in 2006, before moving to her role as Commercial Property Administrator where here diligent and focused approach to the role became a huge asset to the firm over many years.
Operations Director, Lynne Archer, stated that:
“It has been a pleasure working with Tina over the last 18 years and she will be missed by all of the Manston Team. Over time with the firm, and particularly whilst with the Property Department – Tina really made the role her own and became an invaluable member of the team – appreciated by colleagues, tenants and other stakeholders alike.
“We wish her a long and happy retirement, and hope that she will pop back to see us!”

We are also delighted to announce that Tina’s replacement, Vicki Hall, started with us on the 29th May. Vicki brings a wealth of experience to the firm, after a career with a leading national law firm, on secondment to a large commercial property team in the hospitality Industry.

“We are delighted that Vicki has joined the team here at Manston. We had an exceptionally strong pool of candidates for the role, with well over 100 applications but Vicki really stood out, in terms of her knowledge and experience.
“Whilst she certainly has a difficult act to follow in Tina, Vicki’s skill-set and knowledge of the commercial property industry will bring a valuable new perspective to our work and I am sure that she will very quickly get up to speed with all of our tenants and properties.
“I have no doubt that Vicki will be a superb addition to the team, and I very much look forward to working with her into the future.”
